The Following Checklist Will Help Our Technicions Provide A Speedy And Profesional Service, Please Include As MAny As Possible.

In order to enable us to provide a professional and efficient service we would like the
following information.

1) Your Name, Address, Email Address and Phone Number, to allow us to contact you.
2) A Brief description of what you think needs to be done. EG PC is very slow, or I
think that I have a virus.
3) If possible, include all the CDs and DVDs that were supplied with your Computer,
Printer Camera etc. This will enable us to re-install additional programs if
necessary.
4) If you have a Password on the computer, we will need to know it.
5) For Laptop Computers, please include the Correct Charger.
6) For Desktop Computers, all we will need is the System Unit (Hard Disk). We do not
need the screen, keyboard, mouse, speakers or power cords.
7) The Make and Model of your Computer. EG Dell, D630 laptop.
